From my early days as a Brownie and Guide, I discovered a love for the great outdoors and adventure, which set me on a lifelong journey in outdoor education. This passion led me to qualify as an Outdoor Pursuits Instructor, spending years working in residential and youth services, leading a wide range of exciting activities.

In 2008, I returned to the Scouting movement, launching a new Explorer troop with the Avon group. Then, in 2014, life brought me to sunny Spain, where I joined Fuengirola Scouts—first as an assistant Cub leader and now proudly leading the Thursday night Scout group.

I truly believe in the power of the outdoors to shape young people, helping them grow in confidence, resilience, and teamwork. Being part of their journey is an absolute privilege, and I wear the name Bagheera with pride!
